Mykno asks your customers the one question their feedback is missing.
Mykno collects your customer feedback, ranks what matters, asks customers what they left out, and turns it into tickets your team can build.
We’ll email you once, when there’s something to show. No newsletter, no confirmation email.
How we handle your details
What we collect. Your name and work email. Nothing else — there is no tracking on this page, and this page sets no cookies.
Who is responsible. Hrishaan Keswani, in Amsterdam, as a private individual. Mykno is not a registered business and has no KvK number, so the person answerable for your details is me, at the address at the foot of this page.
Who hosts this page. Netlify, Inc., in the United States, which serves it from whichever of its servers is nearest you.
Who stores your details, and where. Netlify, on my behalf, on servers in the United States. Each submission is also checked for spam by Akismet, a service of Automattic, Inc., also in the United States; Akismet says it keeps what it is sent for between two weeks and ninety days. Those two are the only businesses your details reach.
How long. Until we have written to you, or until you ask us to remove it. If we stop building this, we delete the list.
How to be removed. Email the address at the foot of this page and we will delete your entry. You don’t have to give a reason.
